We will conduct strict security checks and data protection measures for above-mentioned third parties.

9.Application Scope of the Privacy Policy

The specific privacy policies for certain specific services will more specifically describe how we use your information in connection with those services. The privacy policy for that particular service forms part of this policy. 9.2 Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, terms used in this Policy will have the same meaning as those defined in the Service Agreement, and any matters not covered in this Policy will be governed by the Service Agreement.

10. Exceptions to the application of the Privacy Policy

12. Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Where the laws and regulations of our officially recognized service recipients provide otherwise, they will apply.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English or Chinese language.
